Probate and Estate Administration

Upon death, our firm will assist family members and personal representatives navigate the various different court requirements to have a Last Will and Testament administered through the Arizona Probate process. If your loved-one passed away with relatively few assets, there may be alternatives to filing a probate that will allow you to claim their personal property or real estate without unnecessary court involvement.

If you are named the Successor Trustee of someone’s Revocable Living Trust, you have a lot of work to do to administer the Estate of the deceased. We can help you through this complex process of gathering assets and distributing property or administering the Trust as required.

Guardian and Conservatorships

Through this process, we can help assure that family member’s rights, property and person are being respected and protected, with any state and federal benefits also being protected. Our firm is experienced with special trusts that can help you take advantage of state and federal government benefits such as Medicare and Medicaid. Pre-disability planning is usually the best way for a family to begin addressing anticipated needs for life care planning.
