Being out of state, it was surprisingly difficult to get timely legal help with probate following the unexpected passing of a loved one. The number of calls, the number of left voice mails and messages, the sheer difficulty of just getting a lawyer on the phone was frustrating. Mr. Hasegawa was immediately responsive, returning my requested contact the same day. He was professional in every sense of the word. He explained to me what needed to be done legally in understandable terms, executed a contract, and promptly started on the case. He did not over promise. He delivered needed documents well in advance of his estimated time frame and was reasonably priced.
